I help school leaders use data to stop fire-fighting and fix the systems that actually produce student results.
For more than two decades, I’ve led and supported schools where performance data mattered — and where the pressure to act quickly was constant. I’ve seen how easily well-intentioned leaders can destabilize a system by reacting to short-term fluctuations.
